Is there an 'all-inclusive' checklist for closing out awards?

I have reviewed the Closing out Awards topic in PeopleBooks - https://docs.oracle.com/cd/F19196_01/fscm92pbr32/eng/fscm/fgmt/task_ClosingOutAwards-9f4461.html?pli=ul_d137e113_fgmt
However, this topic does not mention specifically how the dollars should look across the various modules (specifically, award, contract, general ledger, billing, project costing), as well as the expected final statuses across ALL objects/all modules for awards/projects/contracts/bill plans/revenue plans.
I would expect that 'amounts' should 'tie' to the final amount on an award, i.e. Award = Project Budget = Contract Limit = Billing = Revenue = Project Costing = GL. My understanding is that possibly one scenario poses an exception to my expectation - early termination of an award, for various reasons.
