Dropped forecast demand in 830 schedule
We are using Release Management in EBS (12.1.3) and I have a question regarding dropped demand.
We have an 830 schedule that processed last week for a customer with forecast demand. The following week the forecast was not on the customers schedule; essentially dropped.
I checked the exceptions for the schedule and found nothing for the item.
The issue is that RLM does not removed the forecast if the item is dropped from the schedule and there is no apparent warning.
Does anyone else have the same issue and if so, how do you handle this scenario?
