How to create OM Tax calculation based on secondary quantity ?

Normally ebtax calculates tax on product of primary quantity and unit selling price but unit selling price is declared on secondary quantity. so Tax calculation should be on basis of multiplication secondary quantity and secondary unit selling price. How can do this? I attached a screen shot . It is very urgent because new tax rule will be applicable from 01-JUL-2019
Normal calculation is Tax= Unit selling price X Primary Quantity X Tax Rate
but is it possible to calculate Tax= unit selling price X Secondary Quantity X Tax Rate?
