DR fail-over and switch over in oracle 11g

Dear All,

we  are  planing  to do  DR switch  over  activity but before that  we  want  to make sure that  our switch over  will  go  smoothly.

so is  there  any  mechanism which  will  tell  now  are  fine  to proceed . one  more  things  we have  streams  up and  runing  we  want  to chekc  that  too .

here  is  env.

1)prod  primary -----------------------targte1 target2 with  streams up and  ruining.
