Is it possible to assign different asset and asset category at task level with different date place

In Capital Project :

Client requires to create multiple assets and asset categories at the task level with a different date place in service.

1. Client wants to create a Parent project and then create tasks for each different capital project. Is it possible ? I know asset name can be assigned at the task level . But I cannot see " Asset Category" and " Date placed in Service" at the Task level.

2. If the above is possible , then what would be asset and Date placed in service for the parent project ?

Please advice with the steps.
