Error message when generating csv file for download

Hello,

I upgraded to Oracle APex 19.1. In my applications, for Classic Report reports, there are links to download CSV and PDF files. However, when we click to download the CSV files, the application goes to another page, a url appears, but the file is saved. This only happens in Google Chrome. I tested it with Firefox and it worked.

The url that appears is something like this:

wwv_flow.show? p_flow_id = XXXXX&p_flow_step_id=XX&p_instance=XXXXXXX&p_debug=&p_widget_action=FLOW_EXCEL_OUTPUT_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxpt-br&p_request=PLUGIN%xxxxxxxxxxxxx
