New Tools Crash Merge 19.6

Hi All,

We are rerunning the merge for a client on 19.6.  We have ran the upgrade many times for this customer on various versions starting 17 beta and about 10 other versions of 17.x, 18.x and 19.x

Tools is now crashing on 19.6 which we had never seen before with the other versions.

Just curious who else as run a dev IRM on 19.6?
