Can Managers know with whom the workflow is pending approval from (transaction submitted by them)

So managers are submitting HR transaction using MSS responsibility which are pending approval from different approval groups based on the transactions. We are getting requests from managers asking with whom their transactions are pending so that they could reach out to them. Want to know if there is a functionality that we could provide to managers so that they know with whom the transaction is pending approval ? We don't want to give "Status Monitor" functionality from Workflow Administrator responsibility because that would give additional access to the managers.
