Shipment Charges Table F4945

Hello,

I have tried looking around the community and Oracle documentations, and I am unable to find that helped me to know why some records in the shipment charges table uses the shipment number (SHPN) as reference, while some uses the load number. (LDNM) Hopefully some of you might help me regarding this matter.
