Decimal value coming incorrect

Hi Team,

Sometime, lets say for Oman currency value showing up in incorrect decimal. It suppose to be 3 decimal value and that is what we have set it up in JDE. However its showing up as 2 decimal value.

Its not for all users, only for 3 or 4 users randomly.

And If user logout and login back into JDE browser or sometime close browser fully or if try it in different browser its showing up with correct decimal value. But sometime even after restart of the browser/change of the browser or even restart of system/laptop did not resolve the issue.
