How do I relocate OVS' /boot partition?

Hi,

I am upgrading OVS 3.4.2 to 3.4.6

I encountered an OVS node with its boot and root partitions sizes being too small - the OS upgrade fails as a result. 

I have removed any unused kernels, but there is still not enough space available. Expanding the partitions is not possible.

I do have space available to create new partitions. Is there a recommended way to move the existing /boot partition to a new (bigger) partition?
