Payroll History Tables not Getting Updated when Final is Ran

This is the 2nd week in a row that we have had a Payroll ID that when Finaled the History Tables were not updated.  Last week was 3 Payroll Ids and the one with the issue this week was 1 of the 3.  We had SR opened last week end resolution was we had to manually update tables, which was very time consuming and concerning.  Looking to see if anyone else has experienced this.  We have never had this issue before and is same user managing the payrolls.  Any input appreciated...this has become one more mess.  Thanks Michelle
