MSCA Express Receive LPN without Ship Num

in Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Is it possible to perform an Express Receive (Mobile Express Int Ship Rcpt) while only providing a LPN?

Following Sequence currently takes place where the Shipment Number is mandatory, followed optionally by the LPN:

We have a scenario where we print the LPN and Delivery Number on our physical pallets/boxes, but for certain reasons the delivery gets reassigned for the LPN and now the Delivery Number printed is no longer correct, leaving to problems for our receiving sites. The same behavior as the "ASN" menu option (Mobile Express ASN) is basically what we're looking for, where the LPN can be entered as the initial data point.
