ADP Tax Service and Medicare Tax
We are using EBS 12.2.4 and implementing ADP Tax Services. We have found that the employee Medicare subject to the additional .09% is calculated within ADP since Oracle does not provide a separate balance for the tax withheld. ADP suggests that we create a custom balance to reflect the additional tax withheld and feed this balance to ADP. When ADP calculates the tax we have rounding issues which ADP will not adjust.
Has anyone else encountered this issue with ADP Tax Services and how did you resolve it?
