A custom script in FDMEE, which working in PROD and QA but not in DEV

We have a same custom script in FDMEE, which is working in PROD and QA but not in DEV.

Failing to execute PsExec64.exe in DEV, but which is successful in PROD and QA.

Not able to identity why it was failing in DEV? when we checked successful (QA) vs failure (DEV) process log....came to know below lines are not coming in DEV process log!

Is it any jar files are missing in DEV to execute in PsExec64.exe ? Please suggest (And also please let me know if required any info)
