Asset Management - Asset Delete & Reprocessing

We have assets erroneously in OPEN_TRANS; Depr calc have yet to be run. We want to be able to delete the assets and re-run from  Pre-AM to the Interface tables.

Steps taken thus far

1) Mass Delete Assets

2) Delete related transactions from FIN/PHY A

3) Reset Pre-AM back to pending to reprocess

Pre-AM appears not to have updated the old intfc IDs and now we have majority of the transactions stuck INP status

What is the best approach?
