Install Base and Asset Tracking - EBS (MOSC)

Product shipped. Order line closed and invoiced. But install base transactions show only WIP complet

We booked order from OM as usual. Product is shipped and line is closed. Invoice is also generated. But product still shows in inventory. When you click install base transactions, there is only one entry of job completion. There are no entries for sales order issue and ship fulfill.

There are no lines in install base error against that product serial number.

Can you please throw some light on how to resolve this issue.
