Question regarding the Note:1265700.1 - "Oracle Patch Assurance - Data Guard Standby-First Patch App

Hi All, I have question regarding the Note:1265700.1 - "Oracle Patch Assurance - Data Guard Standby-First Patch Apply" where is mentioned follow: "Data Guard Standby-First Patch Apply is supported between database patch releases that are a maximum of one year (1 year) apart based on the patch release date." .  Our current primary and standby database environments are with patch release form OCT 2017 (11.2.0.4.171017), but we have schedule to patching our environments with APR2019(11.2.0.4.190416) on 9 July 2019. Is this mean that we can't apply the latest patch 11.2.0.4.190416 on standby database 1 week earlier ? Or we have to apply them exactly on the same date ?!
