EIM job for Merge Operation is taking huge time

Hi 

We are trying to run EIM Job for Merging Contacts .

It is taking days to complete a job just for 2 records .  We have got checked DB performance by DBA and He could not find any issue.

Our IFB file looks like :

USER NAME = "SIEBEL"

PASSWORD = "*********"

PROCESS = MERGE_CONTACT

[MERGE_CONTACT]

TYPE = MERGE

BATCH = 1111

TABLE = EIM_CONTACT

UPDATE ROWS = TRUE

COMMIT EACH TABLE = FALSE

COMMIT EACH PASS = FALSE

ROLLBACK ON ERROR = TRUE

Please can you suggest what could be the problem here ? Or is it a normal case for Merge Process
