orachk cannot connect to 11.2 databases when run from root

Hello,

 

We have some issues while collecting the orachk 19.2 (latest build) against 11.2.0.3 databases on sles 12. It seems it cannot connect to the database instance and the connection attempts end up with ORA-1034 error for all sql checks, other types of check works fine. The database is up and running. When I run the same orachk against 12c database on the same machine it works ok.

 

It's already under investigation by Oracle Support but they advised to put the thread in this community as well.
