PDF invoice printed from oracle is too large

I have an invoice. If it is saved as a pdf and the pdf is opened and printed, the address area fits in the window on the envelope.

if this same invoice is printed from oracle it is a bit larger. The address area does not fit in the window. 

Is there a way to shrink the size of the pdf printed by about 5%? 

Not sure if I am explaining this correctly.  If I open the output file from the concurrent request .. and say File -> Print.  it prints correctly.  If this same request is run and sent directly to the printer by oracle , it does not line up correctly and is a bit off.  The entire printed page is just a little to spread out making the address area not exactly fit where it should within the window of the envelop.
