Need to increase QA Collection Element Length

We currently have a limitation of  (150) in Standard Oracle Quality Collection Elements.

When interfacing with manufacturing defects from another platform (Rockwell - eDHR/eDMS)  into the Oracle Quality Collection Plan we limit the production associate to the Max of 150 characters when describing the problem.  Please investigate if we can expand the character count to 500 (Min) or up to 2000 for collection element results table.
