Order disapper - JDE E1 P42101

In JDE E1 9.0 , when imported 400 lines of products into JDE P42101 sales application and click Save, system generates order number , F4201/F4211 contains the data, but after some time( close to 15 to 20min) the order gets disappear from the front/ Back end.
