Can anyone tell me why the Request Direct Deposit Page has Account Number displayed twice?

PeopleSoft PNA 9.2 Account Number is displayed twice on the request Direct Deposit Page. One is for data entry the other is just the text. Can anyone provide any knowledge on this.
