R31802A - Significance of Processing Option

Hi Folks,

I see that in R31802A we have option to choose Document type other than IS or IH but Can any one Please clarify in business when we use Document Type for Scrapped Transactions other that IS and When we use Document Type for Shop Floor Activity other then IH.

If any one can explain/clarify  with some scenario or some specific requirement of Business.
