New Accounts Receivable Feeder

We are currently on Oracle 12.1.3 and are trying to create a new Accounts Receivable Feeder from our Staff Absence Feeder into Oracle eBS.

The file is loading into the Interface and once we have ran the job 'Run Auto Invoice' it is rejecting and we are receiving the following error message on the rejections:

'The total distribution percent for a transaction line must be 100 for each account class (TAX: 200)'.

We believe that this means that it is calculation the tax twice but we are unsure on how to resolve this - has anyone ever come across this message before?
