WEB-ADI template is not opening

Hello Team,

WEB-ADI Template is not working, could you please have a look into below error.

ERROR

The value $PARAM$.CATEGORY_FLEXNUM for OA_FLEX_NUM in the flexfield definition is invalid or empty for the interface column identified by Integrator code: 140:FA_MASS_ADDITIONS, Interface Code 140:FA_MASS_ADD_INTERFACE and sequence number 80 null.

I have find below note id, do you have any another please suggest.
