Which is the best practice to create an asset and manage the maintenance?

Hi All,

There are two Inventories Organizations: Org A and Org B.

1- Org A: assembly fixed asset with serial control;

2- Org A: transfer to Org B the assets;

3- Org B: use the assets to assemblies anothers products;

4- Org B: when the asset needs the maintenance, Org B put out service the asset and send to Org A;

5- Org A: create Work Order in eAM.

Questions: Which the best way to assembly an asset? WIP or eAM?
