Download to Spreadsheet , Upload option not working Processing Upload screen appears and nothing hap

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello Everyone,

Compensation Workbench EBS

R 12.2.7

When trying to use function > Download To Spreadsheet

excel sheet downloaded and opened normally and entered amounts

After finish and click button > Upload > All Rows

The processing screen appears (Attached Screenshot) but nothing happens and nothing gets upload

Anyone faced an issue like this and how it can be resolved?
