All new plan in Open Enrollment

Hi,

During this year open enrollment my company is replacing all existing medical / dental / vision plan with new one but at the same time business would want to default to new plans if an employee is already in any of the old medical / dental / vision plan.

Can we achieve this by configuration if there is an existing mapping from old plan to new plan is available?
