What is the purpose of one-time check box when creating suppliers, Article ID 113171.1 does not exis

Hi Community,

Today I got asked by users what is the purpose of one-time suppliers and how that check box can help the business. I tryed to find the Article ID 113171.1 I was not able to find it. Can someone share a source where I can find this feature details.
