Can't open any URL in Mobile Maintenance

Does Oracle Mobile Maintenance support URL attachments? We have several URL links stored as attachments for Assets and Routings, But in Mobile, when I click on the attachment, nothing happens.

Appreciate your insights in to this.  Thanks
