P1202QAD - Reflection of F1202

Hello Team, 

When making any changes to the transaction/detail for F1202 using P1202QAD, where F1202.FLCHCD =1, it is observed that field F1202.FLDPCF is populated automatically with "1", which indicates the "balance record is a projection record. 

As a result we are unable to post GL transaction to FA, Giving an error "Depreciation Projection Balance Exists".

Please help me with reason why F1202.FLDPCF is populated with "1" and How can this issue be overcome. .
