Do we have a WO ledger in E1 Release? Or if someone can share a design to build a custom program.

Hello,

My client looking for a WO ledger table to capture record changes due to specific fields. I found that this particular mod is available in A9.2, but do we have it in E1 release? If not, can someone share a design to build a custom WO ledger program in E1?
