I currently have Oracle 12.1 running ASM using HPE storage.  The HP pool that the database is running on was set to "overextend".  The database grew into that overextended space and now the pool is in degraded state.  Space was freed up on the database by creating a new temp tablespace and removing 2 very large temp files.  Then, a seriers of "alter diskgroup resize disk" were run, each reducing the disk size by 1TB.  Unfortunately when the database was installed and set up, the diskgroup was configured with just one disk.  Now Oracle is reporting that the size of
