GL-Secondary Ledger period not open by the business for last 2 month but all fine in Primary ledger,

Dear expert,

GL-Secondary Ledger period was not open by the business for last 2 month but all fine in Primary ledger, any impact on my primary ledger due to this period not open of secondary ledger, Secondary ledger is for USD & Primary Ledger for INR.

Pls help is this can impact any things to my primary ledger, Also when period are open in subsequent month should i expect all main ledger data in to sec. ledger for those period was not open.
