PO Approvals stopped working after running Fill Employee Hierarchy

Hi,

We are using 11.5.10.2 and have our PO Document Type defined as follows:

On PROD last week, the "Fill Employee Hierarchy" job was run.

Since then, when we go to a PO and try to approve it, only 1 person is returned.

On DEV, which is a May 2019 PROD clone, 15 people are returned.

No changes have been made to their job titles or positions that I can see.

While investigating the issue today, I have found these differences:

DEV: select count(*) from PO_EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHIES_ALL -- 147 records returned

PROD: select count(*) from PO_EMPLOYEE_HIERARCHIES_ALL -- 1 record returned - for the person who appears in the PO Approval window.
