OM Line Workflow Issue

We are getting the following errors while saving the Oracle Standard Order Line 'OEOL' workflow.

Please guide us to understand the issue.

Error Message:

382: Design Validation generated 2 warning(s).  You may save invalid definitions but they should not be used in running process.

354: 'SAVE' validation failed for activity 'OEOL/CLOSE_LINE_PROCESS_WITH_VRM'.

362: Validation failed for child activity 'OEOL/CLOSE_PENDING_ACCEPTANCE'.

360: '&OPERATION' validation failed for 'FUSION_INSTALLED' transition to activity 'OEOL/INVOKE_FUSION_VRM'.

350: Invalid transition result code 'FUSION_INSTALLED'.  Transition codes must be valid lookup codes for the originating activity's result type.

340: 'SAVE' validation failed for lookup type 'UPG_RT_14'.
