How to check ERP JDE XE version logs in win 10 system.
Hi All,
We are using JDe XE version , some users facing JDE login issue.
we need to check logs for the same. please help here.
Note: After JDE liceince expires. issue has been resolved as admin me and readly system roles login successfully.
When try to ask bussiness users , then are unable to login JDE, still they are facing JDe leicence Expires issue.
We need here
--> how to check JDE logs in windows 10 system, when users login.
--> I have asked users clear cache for thir system but still the are unable to login JDE.
Could you please advise here wht actions i need to take care futher.
