Error while entering the sales order

Dear Team,

  • I am doing following  activity to enter  sales order in 9.2 JDE.
  • Entered details on header- branch plant,ship  to , sold to its  taking from parent number..
  • Detail information- item number,quantity, tab to next line and click OK button.
  • Then System get in to the process for more  then minute and throw an error message.
  • please find below screen shot for different error message.

Kindly suggest on same is there any workaround or documentation for same.
