Change reason code (P08EFT) ?

Has any one had issues with the way the change reason code on the employee master functions?

we have noticed on occasion that it does not save change reason code information.

It prompts the P08EFT window,  however when we check in the F08042 table, it does not contain the record/transaction that has the change reason code tagged.

it is very hard to replicate . so I cant open a call with Oracle.

we use this functionality integrate Active directory.

so if you go into the employee master - inquire on the supplemental data  of the employee - make a change - then when you save the information it prompts the window P08EFT.
