How to Load Accounts with Text List Values from Essbase Data Extract to PBCS

I've extracted level 0 for the Employee cube and trying to load it into PBCS.

There's an Account called Employee Type with text list value of 'Full-Time' where it fails to load in PBCS.

I created the Smart List in PBCS with the same text list values but it still won’t load.  I also removed the Smart List from the Account to see if it would load, but no luck.

Any ideas how to load Accounts with text list values into PBCS?
