Real estate Recurring Billings & Polish Localizations

This is a long shot, but has anyone ever done Real Estate Billings (especially recurring) utilizing Polish localizations in E1, 9.2?  This is new support territory for us, but there are certain Polish legal files which get populated when A/R invoices are generated and printed. So far, the recurring RE billings do not populate those tables. Not sure if this is functionality that doesn't exist (i.e. only 03B billings get updated to the Polish legal tables, but not system 15) or a configuration/setup issue.

Any info or direction would be helpful....have searched KB, ESU, Enhancement requests, and the implementation guides, etc, but to no avail. The refer to A/R, A/P, Inventory & Sales Order transactions, but not Real Estate. Thinking this may not be available at this time.
