I want to split an existing legal entity into 2 new ones

I want to split an existing legal entity.  I want to have some of the existing LBC's within that LE to be active in the new LE (and have those same LE's be inactive for the current LE).  How would one go about this and what are the different impacts to consider across PO, AP, OM, AR, Finance, Inventory, assets, projects, and manufacturing applications.
