Installation of two SPARC servers

We need installation of two SPARC T7-1 servers at our GQ location. I am not sure of the process to have our FE come out to install so am creating a ticket here. Please notify me if this is not where I need to request this procedure. Serial numbers for servers to be installed are 1843LA426D and the other server serial number is 1843LA426E.  Our FE is Leonard Jolly.
