How to correct ACA error message 1094C-040-01

Hello ~

I have submitted a correction to correct a correction for the 1095C file to the IRS ACA portal.  On the last 2 transmission status, I received the below 1094C-040-01 error message:

            <ns2:ErrorMessageDetail>

                <ns2:ErrorMessageCd>1094C-040-01</ns2:ErrorMessageCd>

                <ns2:ErrorMessageTxt>If Form 1094C checkbox 'AuthoritativeTransmittalInd' is not checked, then the 'MinEssentialCvrOffrCd' in 'YearlyALEMemberDetail' must not have the choice of "Yes" or "No" indicated.</ns2:ErrorMessageTxt>

Can someone assist on how to correct this error?
