how to add po number to commiment burden transactions

The Oracle commitment view PA_COMMITMENT_TXNS_V has commitment transactions and commitment burden transactions.  But the commitment burden transactions are summarized by Project and Task.  How to summarize the commitment burden transactions by project, task and PO number?
