Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I am wondering is it possible to create exception by mobile app? It will be very useful to create exception directly on shopfloor using mobile app.

however I am not able to create exception
