/opt 99% after 18.3 upgrade to X7-2M ODA

Since the ODA has removed the oakcli manage cleanrepo command; we don't see an equivalent replacement command in odacli or oadadmcli.

We have seen older recommendations to manually remove the older patches, but they are for older versions of the ODA. 

Has anyone had to manually remove patchests to regain space in /opt/oracle/oak/pakrepos?   Or has Oracle recommended a procedure on how to increase /opt size?
