Cannot Post a Completed Supplier Evaluation

Hello,

I am testing the Supplier Scorecarding / Evaluation features currently available up through PUM 27. I have developed an evaluation, sent it for responses, and received all requested responses. However, when I attempt to Post the results I receive and error stating the Evaluation is incomplete (see attached). Also, the current Score for the supplier is not updating with the received responses, which based on images in PeopleBooks seemed odd to me. Even if an evaluation has not received all responses, should the Score percentage update in Manage Evaluations?

I also attempted to change the Evaluation Due Date to the current date to see if that would make a difference, but then received a fatal SQL error error upon trying to apply that change (also see attached).
